Your daily spiritual practice
can be 5 minutes to 1 hour long. It can use sound, movement, stillness, and
whatever else feels right to you. It can be done in the morning or in the
evening but doing it in the morning helps you to prepare better for the day
ahead. Your daily spiritual practice can be done alone, with a partner or in a
group of like-minded people.
